5150 U.S. Championship Results

In amateur action, 2011 winner Adam Webber reclaimed his crown in the Hy-Vee 5150 race, which featured top qualifiers from around the country. The Pennsylvanian took a nasty spill on the bike last year in an event won by Dan Hedgecock of Minneapolis, who has since turned pro.

"I thought the course was harder this year because of the wind," Webber said. "I also was a little more conservative on the bike."

Defending champion Michelle LeBlanc of Spring, TX, was back to defend her title in the women’s 5150 race, which was won by Ashley Johnson of Dallas, TX.
